Design an innovative brand system that introduced CharterSync to the aviation industry. The system had to be interpreted at scale and also on an app screen but feel relatable within its sector.


A mature and digital native brand identity that reads as clearly on a an app icon as it does on the tail of a plane. The logo captures the time-critical benefit as well as aviation references through the use of a forward arrow created from a fuselage and wing.

A digital experience

The brand was developed across a fully informative website that helped on-board both Operators and Freight Forwarders into the service. Illustrations were designed to help break down the complicated platform into four simple steps.

A ‘graphic language’ and a set of ‘tone of voice’ principles were defined, in order for the business to communicate its new innovative approach to air cargo.​

Simplifying a complicated proposition

The brand had to feel unified across all areas of advertising and communications, whether digital or in print. Two colours helped distinguish between both user groups.
